Deposit & Cancellation Policy
All bookings require a $50.00 deposit per room for the first night. Notice of cancellation is required 48 hours prior to your scheduled check in date in which a full refund will be returned if cancellation has been made by this time. Failure to cancel outside the 48 hours of the scheduled check in date will result in a non-refundable deposit.
All guests that follow through with their bookings will have their prepaid deposit amount deducted from the total room charge at check-in of their stay.
